Structured Interval Plans

Design training plans on iPhone, warm-up, work and recovery sets, cool-down, and freeform steps, with optional pace targets and HR zones for each step. Plans sync straight to the watch picker.

During the run the watch shows a slim interval header: the current step’s purpose, a progress bar, remaining time or distance, and a preview of what’s next. Open-ended steps get a manual “Next” so you can improvise without losing the structure.
